At our Hackney site, we're delighted to bring you hand-made, fresh artisan pasta in the evenings from Wednesday - Sunday. Our approach is similar to our approach with viennoiserie, using traditional techniques but creating dishes that take on a modern style.
A lot of the hand craft skills our bakers use every day to make pastries are the same they use to create a range of delicious pasta dishes.
We offer a carefully curated wine list, focusing on small and exciting producers, to complement all of our dishes.
